2_1R Series 1 BCD ‘s creative process includes combining each module to another module like LEGO to generate more sophisticated combinations or compositions. My old friend and a composer (Tomotaka Koshimizu) said, “Music composition is like Shichu-Suimei (Four Pillar astrology; originally Chinese method of fortune-telling based on the time, date, month and year of a person’s birth), which is based on a statistics, in which the common area of beautiful and pleasant melody and coding are systematised.”Out of my BCD basic compositions (about 60) possible combinations are to be selected based on interest and agreeableness criteria . Those selected combinations can be like ‘melody’ (which is easy to memorise). Now my 30 years pursuance of BCD is reaching a stage of archiving. Just finished is 10% of the whole BCD basic combinations (the second stage), which can be endless (so far 10,000 combinations for the second stage).
